Pharmacy Weight Loss Eyemouth is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription medication services to patients in Eyemouth and the surrounding UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmaceutical law.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over, be a resident of the United Kingdom, and provide accurate and complete health and personal information during registration and consultation.
Our weight loss treatments are not suitable for everyone. Eligibility is determined by our prescribing pharmacist based on your medical history, current health status, and clinical guidelines. We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where it is not considered clinically appropriate.
You must not use our services if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain pre-existing medical conditions that contraindicate weight loss medication. Full details will be assessed during your consultation questionnaire.
All prescription medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by an authorised prescriber. Our pharmacist will review your consultation questionnaire before any prescription is approved or issued.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Our clinical decisions are made solely in your best interest and in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
You are responsible for providing truthful and complete information in your health questionnaire. Providing false or misleading information may result in clinical risk and will invalidate any contract between us.
We may request additional information, ask you to consult your GP, or refer you to another healthcare provider if clinically necessary.
Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store card details on our systems.
Prices are subject to change. The price you pay will be the price confirmed at the time your order is placed.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary depending on postal services, but we aim for prompt dispatch.
We use Royal Mail or equivalent tracked delivery services. You will receive a dispatch notification once your order has been sent. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Medications will be packaged discreetly. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery if a signature is required.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly by email or phone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to offer a refund under UK pharmaceutical regulations, as dispensed medicines cannot be resold or reused for safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. We recommend that you inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
